Fraudulent and unrecognized transactions should be reported within the App. We recommend that you begin by freezing the card used to perform the transaction.
- Access the Cards screen
- Tap on Freeze card and follow the prompts to perform a freeze
After your card has been Frozen, please report the transaction by initiating a dispute for the transaction in question:
- On the Home screen, locate the transaction in the list of transactions
- Tap on the transaction to view transaction details
- Tap on 'Dispute transaction' and follow the prompts
