If you change your mobile phone number but still have the same mobile device, you should be able to login and change your phone number within the Cogni App.
If you change your mobile phone number AND your mobile device, you will need to contact Member Services at (833) 264-6447 or member-services@getcogni.com. To ensure safety and security of your account, you’ll be asked for evidence of the change, such as phone bills, mobile device receipts, etc. Once the evidence is provided, you’ll then be allowed to login on the new device.
